Thanks for stopping in!  The Lake Toccoa Event Facilities are owned by the City of Toccoa, Georgia.  Our company, Toccoa Wedding Experts, manages all marketing and mangagement of weddings and events at The Lake as trusted partners of The City of Toccoa.

The SECOND category are our All-Inclusive Wedding Couples.  They are very different from our clients in the first group!  Typically, they are couples too busy with life who don’t have time to deal with the stress of planning their wedding.  They often have wedding budgets of $15 to $25K and already have a pretty solid vision for their wedding day.  Normally, we start our relationship by meeting the couple at our office in downtown Toccoa for a consultation and tours of the local venues they are most interested in.  Our team listens closely to the couple in order to totally get into their head on what the big day will be like.

The next step is we work with you to prepare a proposal for the entire event listing costs, vendors, and usually a monthly payment plan to keep everything on track and the costs manageable.  Your deposit is paid online and we immediately start the planning process.  Planning is done face to face, online, and via ZOOM calls.  We book and pay all your vendors and keep you posted on our progress through regular updates.  We also schedule all of your tastings and face to face meetings with vendors.  About a month prior to your event we send out a day of wedding timeline to you, your bridal party, and vendors so everyone is on the same page for the wedding.

And finally, on wedding day, you show up refreshed, relaxed, and enjoy the best day of your life!

Sometimes, we counsel couples to downsize their vision and go the Elopement route.  We love elopements and for many couples scaling the wedding back to immediate family is just the right thing to do.  Why deplete all your cash (or go into debt) to finance a one day party?  That’s nuts!  Many of our elopement couples find they can have a really memorable elopement with immediate family and use the money saved on a killer honeymoon trip.  We love those stories.

But usually, we are able to help our couples find that middle ground of having a wedding they are proud of, while also meeting a well thought out budget.  This is our specialty.  And, along the way, we will treat you exactly how we like to be treated… with mutual trust, respect and compassion.
